Crusted Prime Rib + Cambodian Steak Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Lbs Bone-In Prime Rib, a nice thick cut. 

  • 2 T Olive Oil

  • 1 T Rosemary, fine rough chop

  • 4 Garlic cloves, fine rough chop

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the Grill on high heat, oil down the grill grates.

  2. Brush steak with olive oil and rub it down with rosemary and garlic.

  3. Season generously with salt and pepper.

  4. Reduce heat on the grill to medium heat.

  5. Grill for 10 minutes on one side. Turn the steak 45 degrees clockwise at 5 minutes if you want diamond marks.

  6. After 10 minutes on 1 side, flip the steak onto the other side and grill until rare or medium-rare.  

  7. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, then serve with Cambodian steak sauce on the side
