Mekong Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz Tomato Juice
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 t Soy Sauce
  • 1 t Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1 t Krahom Hot Sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 C Ice Cubes
  • 1 t Lemon Juice
  • 1 T Lemon Grass, rough chop
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper (optional)
  • Lemon Zest (optional)
  • 1 Dill (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a shaker, combine tomato juice, vodka, soy sauce sauce, ginger, Krahom hot sauce, ice, lemon juice, lemon grass, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shake mixture for 30 seconds, pour and strain mixture into serving glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh cracked pepper, lemon zest, and dill
