Baithong is an attempt to jam as much flavor and freshness into a bottle as physically possible. Green chilis are in season for the greater part of the year, so It only made sense we try and create a sauce that would emphasize the great taste of a crisp green chili. Pair that young chili pepper with flavors of garlic and palm sugar, Yeak created something unlike anything else in the hot sauce realm. Baithong is a harmony of sweet, tang, and spice, that uplifts any dish you enjoy.
Baithong should be smothered all over grilled chicken at the next Sunday grill-out. It makes a great glaze for an oven seared salmon when you need something quick and easy. It can be used as a salsa verde with bulgogi tacos if you love creating fusion street food. It's amazing on fresh raw oysters with chopped cilantro and a touch of lemon juice.
