Ingredients

  • 1 C Water
  • 1 C Palm Sugar
  • 1/4 C Vinegar
  • 1/4 C Fish Sauce
  • 1 T Fresh Red Chili, fine chopped
  • 1 T Garlic, fine chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pot, combine all ingredients
  2. Bring to a simmer
  3. Cool and store in the refrigerator
