INGREDIENTS

·    2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, Quartered

·    1 C Bacon, small rough chop

·    2 T Olive Oil

·    1 t Pepper

·    1 t Salt

·    1 T Yeak Krahom Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1.     In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until mixed well. Place onto a roasting pan.

2.     In a 400 F oven, roast Brussels sprouts for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned on the edges and bacon is cooked.
